A special one-hour edition of Elite Edge Live, held the third Monday of the month. The presentation was kept short so most of the hour could go to questions. Jen Paul Schroer walked through the 35 minutes of setup being asked of each franchise — the franchise profile and the Elite Edge 101 video series — then gave a first look at the Command Center, the hub where the resource library, FAQs, onboarding, program details, and performance data will live.
She laid out the monthly rhythm: the Elite Edge Insider newsletter on the first, Top Dog Moments due by the fifth, a content preview to review and approve each month, Elite Edge Live on the third Monday, and an executive report at month end, with a quarterly strategy call on the Big 5 metrics. All requests route to EliteEdge@jjsassociates.us, with Aaron Martinez as the main point of contact.
The Q&A ran the rest of the hour: how competitor data gets used, whether existing social and paid vendors stay in place, the three approved advertising firms, Canva access for content review, shared co-op websites, GLSA, accountability, and the October 1 billing changes from Dan Hutchings.
